Prize Details  

One grand prize winner will get the chance to stay at a top Hipcamp for a maximum of 7 nights. Your pitch will be kitted out with Coleman® gear worth over £4,000. The winner is invited to bring one additional adult along for the adventure, as well as up to three children and one pet. Winner will be selected no later than March 24th 2023. (Transportation to selected Hipcamp will not be provided).

3 additional winners will be chosen and eligible to win £1,000 of Coleman® gear and £200 of Hipcash, which can be redeemed when booking any stay via the Hipcamp website.

The winner will be able to choose from a pre-selected list of campsites from the areas listed below the Terms & Conditions.

Participation validity

The winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during the sign-up period by 24th March 2023.

Limitations

Employees of Coleman and Hipcamp, along with their family members will not be allowed to enter the giveaway.

Offered prize and its value

The total value of the grand prize is approximately £4,350, which includes the cost for 7 nights at a Hipcamp and £4,000 of Coleman® gear at recommended retail price (2023).

Runners up will receive a gift of approximately £1,000 in Coleman® gear at recommended retail price (2023) and £200 in Hipcash to be redeemed on any holiday booking made through the Hipcamp website, subject to availability.

Getting in touch with the winners

Hipcamp will contact winners directly via email and via direct message on Instagram. Winners will have up to 3 days to respond before an alternate winner is chosen.

Competition T&Cs:

1. Applicant must be 18 years or older
2. Only applicants with a home address in the UK will be eligible to win
3. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win
4. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received
5. Employees of Newell Brands UK and of companies associated with Newell Brands UK as well as their family members and relatives are excluded from entering

7. Pictures and videos could be taken at the campsite to create some content to be used for the promotion of the competition during the stay and of Coleman® products afterwards. Your written consent will be required should you appear on the images. 
8. You always have a right of access, rectification, deletion and objection of your personal information by contacting Hicamp UK support@hipcamp.com
9. If you apply more than once, this will not increase the chances of you winning
10. If the winner(s) does not respond to the prize win notification within 3 days Hipcamp reserve the right to offer the prizes to an alternate winner(s)
11. Full details of the Coleman® products included in the bundles are listed above. Newell Brands UK reserves the right to substitute any of these products with an alternative if stock is not available. The total winner’s prize bundle will be at least £4,000 in value at 2023 RRP and the runners up prize bundles with be at least £1,000 in value at 2023 RRP. No cash alternative is available. Once products are used there is no expectation for them to be returned.
12. Hipcamp reserve the right to add / remove campsites from the available booking list for any given reason
13. The Hipcamp stay is up to a maximum of 7 nights, the winner doesn’t have to take them all but they must be taken on consecutive days.
14. Hipcash awarded to any entrant of the competition is only eligible for use to book holidays on hipcamp.com and cash alternatives will not be offered.
15. Hipcash codes can only be redeemed once per entrant and cannot be combined.
16. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Newell Brands UK Limited shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions - and your application - for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by you even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
17. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Newell Brands UK Limited reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
18. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
